Our Story
Milan Design Construction was founded in New York by William Mizhquiri to deliver quality remodeling and full construction services to local homeowners and businesses. The company started with a small team focused on interior remodeling and steadily expanded its scope across every major trade in residential and commercial construction.
Over more than 12 years, Milan Design Construction has grown from local kitchen and bathroom projects into a full-service operation. Our work now covers Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, and Queens, serving private homes, brownstones, apartments, restaurants, offices, and retail spaces across every neighborhood.
Interior remodeling remains our core specialty. We focus on craftsmanship, clear communication, and clean execution from estimate to final walkthrough. Every project is built by an experienced in-house team that handles framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and finish work without depending on outside subcontractors.
